Lots of different energies interacting with our fields today. New energy moves in, as the old is released. We experience beautiful cycles of mini deaths and rebirths every single day the higher realms show me! If you are feeling overwhelmed by everything, especially your countless detox symptoms as you heal, try and re focus your energy on what makes you feel strong and most of all loved and uplifted! Having a really good laugh about everything, including the state of the world has really helped me through this shadowy transition period. What or who makes you laugh just by being around them? We need WAY more deep belly laughs these days and far less tears!
