Heart Rate Fluctuations with the Opening & Expansion of the Heart

As the energy heightens and the influx of high vibrational energy becomes rapid, penetrating the human form, the physical body and organs all respond accordingly as they assimilate and acclimatize. Included in this is the energetic awakening of the heart energy centre. As the human ascends, the physical and spiritual heart will significantly change and evolve.

We want to communicate that the humans heart rate may increase from time to time throughout the ascension process, without physical exercise or exertion. It can increase quite drastically within seconds, going from 70 beats per minute, to 140 plus beats per minute. The rapid heart rate can last seconds to a couple of minutes long, returning to baseline. This may induce a great amount of fear in the human, but we are speaking of these possible occurrences to assure you that everything is perfectly fine and that these apparent physical symptoms are necessary in order for the physical vessel to adjust to the high frequency light. The drastic fluctuations in heart rate often occur in the middle of the night when the human is sleeping and when the body is most relaxed.

Other uncomfortable sensations within and surrounding the heart may include heart palpitations and flutters. Strong thuds or vibrations, as the heart centre purges, clears and opens can also be felt within the human vessel, in the solar plexus region or stomach area, as well as, the high heart or thymus chakra vicinity. This region is merely inches above the centre point in the middle of the chest and slightly below the collar bone.

Strange sensations may be felt around the human heart, such as pin-prick phenomena’s, intermittent chest pain and pressure, and it may even feel like there is a significant amount of pain and pressure underneath the entire rib cage. The sensation can feel similar to what if would be like if you were put into a pressure-cooker, comparable to a slow internal expansion. As the spiritual heart changes and opens to receive unconditional love and a significant amount of light, the physical heart corresponds to these changes.
