Cancellation Policy
Cherished Chapters End-of-Life Party Planning Policies 1. Purpose and Scope Cherished Chapters End-of-Life Party Planning aims to provide a meaningful and personalized experience for individuals and families as they celebrate life transitions. These policies outline the terms and conditions of our services. 2. Booking and Payment Reservation: To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week prior to the event. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. The deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments may be refunded if canceled within this timeframe. Cancellation by Cherished Chapters: In the rare event that we must cancel your service, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. 4. Customization and Services Personalization: We encourage clients to share their vision and preferences for the event. Customization options include themes, decor, activities, and catering. Service Limitations: While we strive to accommodate all requests, some services may be subject to availability or may require additional fees. 5. Liability Cherished Chapters is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event. Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and for maintaining a safe environment. 6. Confidentiality All personal information shared with Cherished Chapters will be kept confidential.
